The June Arts Festival is one of the premier summer events in the Southern Adirondack Region! Drawing crowds of 20,000. The festival features about 200 exhibitors offering shoppers a variety of products such as jewelry, home items, food items, fine art, textiles, garden decorations, etc. The event takes place rain or shine! Located in beautiful downtown Glens Falls’ City Park. The festival also includes not for profit booths, arts demonstrations, children’s activities, food, and local live music!

New York Capital District Renaissance Festival returns to Indian Ladder Farms! Prepare for a weekend of knights, ladies, minstrels, and more amongst the apple trees of the farm in Altamont, NY.
The festival will be held from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, June 10 and Sunday, June 11, 2017, featuring performances throughout the day with plenty of time to browse the thirty-plus marketplace vendors. There will be knights jousting in full armor, hawk demonstrations, the Queen’s menagerie and so much more for all ages! If you want to tour Indian Ladder Farms Brewery and Cidery while trying some drinks – hop on the pub crawl! Two times each day at 2 and 4pm, tickets for the crawl are limited! Each stop will have a different drink, and participation includes a complimentary handmade mug that is perfect for toasting!

A little about Wildwood Programs…
Wildwood Programs is a private, not-for-profit day program for students between the ages of 3 to 21 with neurological impairments, complex learning disabilities, autism and other neurologically-based developmental disorders. Wildwood services well over 1,000 people and families from 54 school districts in 13 counties throughout the Capital Region.
Saturday May 6th celebrate spring at Indian Ladder Farms in Altamont, NY! It’s a combination of two great events, the 21st annual Baby Animal Days, and the 1 year anniversary of the farm’s cidery and brewery! Spend the day on the historic 300 acre farm, surrounded by apple orchards and hop yards, and enjoy Indian Ladder’s offerings of farm grown estate ciders and beers, as well as their full NY state food menu. And while you are there, take advantage of Indian Ladder’s special first time can release and pick up a few 4 packs of the super hoppy Dr. Paul Matthews IPA before it runs out. Located just 20 minutes from downtown Albany!
Kim will be on site broadcasting live from the baby animal barn from noon-2pm, bring the family to see, pet & learn about chicks, turkey poults, ducklings, goslings, bunnies, goat kids, lambs, piglets and calves! Baby Animal Days goes from May 5th – 21st, from 9am-6pm daily. Admission is $6 per child (adults accompanying them are free)
To celebrate the first year of Indian Ladder Farm’s Cidery and Brewery, both floors of the tasting room will be open as well as the biergarten where there will be live music from The College Farm and the Chris Dukes Band! Crosby Farms will be there too, roasting a pasture raised pig! In the tasting room you can enjoy beer and cider made on the farm with their own hops, barley and apples! Along with beer, hard cider, wine and spirits from other NY breweries and cideries.
The 7th Annual “A Taste of Troy” fundraiser is April 25, 2017 from 6-8:30pm at the Franklin Terrace Ballroom, to benefit Hope 7 Community Center’s Youth Programs and Food Pantry.
