WAMC’s Performing Arts Studio is bringing live entertainment outside with the inaugural “Summer on Central” music series, taking place Saturdays in August in The Linda’s parking lot. Each week, multiple bands will take to the stage for this family-friendly event that also includes food, artist, and non-profit organization vendors. Lawn chairs are encouraged. The series is presented by The Linda: WAMC’s Performing Arts Studio and WAMC Northeast Public Radio, in partnership with Nippertown.com, WEXT, WEQX. the Central Avenue Business Improvement District and Empire Audio Recording & Sound LLC.
